1.How will these solar kits be shipped?

2. Can the 12V 200Ah Core batteries in the Craftsman Kit be used in series to build a 24-volt system？

Yes and no.Renogy 12V Core Series Batteries can be connected in series or parallel to expand your off-grid power storage. But the Craftsman Kit is built for a 12V system with a 12V 3000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter. So the 12V 200Ah Core Batteries should be connected in parallel with this setup.Other reasons we recommend you connect your batteries in parallel also include automatic cell balancing, reduced line loss, and easier system expansion.

3. How does the self-heating of the 12V 300Ah Core LiFePO4 Battery work?

Please ensure a stable charge current greater than 10A for each battery in the parallel battery bank.The self-heating function will start operating automatically once the battery and the battery temperature drops below 41°F (5°C) and stop operating automatically once the battery temperature rises above 50°F (10°C).

4. Why is my solar panel under-producing?

The output performance of solar panels is dependent on multiple factors. These include sunlight intensity, temperature, and weather conditions. Indirect sunlight, rising temperatures, cloudiness, and dust and dirt build-up can reduce the output of your solar panel.

5. What is the warranty on the Workshop Kits?

The 100W Monocrystalline Solar Panel (Compact Design) comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty and a 25-year 80% output warranty.Both the 12V 200Ah & 300Ah Core LiFePO4 Battery is backed by a 5-year warranty.Out Rover 40A MPPT Solar Charge Controller has a 2-year warranty and the 12V 3000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter enjoys a 1-year warranty.
