12V 200Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery w/ Bluetooth

I received two batteries and charged them using aLithium cchargerto ffull charge. One battery has a small discharge even tho it us not connected. I tried to contact Renogy viatheir aapp for techsupport but the app kept failing. I have reached out via email but took them awhile to tell meit's been referred to tech support.
Now I see thatthe bbatteries are even cheaper and wonder if they will offer replacement or refund. Also, batteries are not the same as photo above which shows terminals on one end. Mine are spaced on opposite ends.
Only one of the two is holding charge.

Hope tech service can respond. Not much faith tho since I previously had two Renogy batteries that failed right asthe warranty ran out. They offered me 15% discount on anything on their site.... But would not honor it on sale batteries.
Frustrating too since same battery is now offered at a price that would be equivalent tothe 15% discount.

Not Impressed.

The new battery works seamlessly and was built to the exact measurements so it fit perfectly.

This was a great customer experience. I am thoroughly impressed with the battery.

Lighter weight than I expected for the size.,. And the value was good for the price. Looking forward to many years of service. Cycles

I was very skeptical in purchasing a dehumidifier of this size (the previous ones were really large and noisy) because the previous ones, although functional, were very uncomfortable, the full container to empty was really heavy. This little one ?? dehumidifies well, it doesn't take up much space and above all it is can be positioned anywhere, I always keep it on, it consumes the right amount of fuel and makes no noise except for a very small buzz, less perceptible than a fly... I practice emptying it, because the part connected to the current must not even be removed... the I empty the tray every 3/4 days without effort... I'm very satisfied??
