There are only two ways to earn Ray points.

1. You can buy products on Renogy store to earn Ray points, which will be issued after the order is shipped out to you.
2. You can complete the tasks launched on DC Home APP to earn Ray points. There are many such tasks on app. Download the app to enjoy more fun.

Unfortunately, you can only earn points when placing an order through a Renogy account. Guest orders are not eligible for points, and even if you create an account later, previous guest orders will not earn you points.

Probably because you did not log into your Renogy account when placing the order or you placed the order on other platforms. If not, please contact Renogy support team for further assistance.

You can easily check your Ray Points through the following methods:

• On the official website:

1. Log in to your member account.
2. Navigate to the personal center.
3. Click on 'Rays' below your profile picture to view your current points.

• In the DC Home app:

1. Log in to your member account.
2. Tap 'ME' located in the bottom right corner to access your personal center.
3. Click on 'Rays' to view your current points.
