The REGO 12V 60A MPPT Solar Charge Controller is designed to install easily and protect your solar system completely. Its plug-and-play connections can save a lot of installation time compared with traditional controllers. With advanced BPU (Battery Protect Unit) technology, it provides excellent protection for the batteries from cell damage and failure, ensuring the whole system is safe. The MPPT technology here increases tracking efficiency to 99%, which significantly improves solar power output and thus increases more energy to your system. It is compact yet durable, combining high technology with pleasing aesthetics, saving space yet outperforming competitors in its class. The REGO 12V 60A MPPT Solar Charge Controller gives you unequal efficiency and reliability.

REGO 12V 60A MPPT Solar Charge Controller
Save Up to 60% Installation Time, Take Less Installation Space

The REGO charge controller features a custom-designed Anderson to MC4 adapter cable, offering a quick and easy way to connect the controller to your solar panels—reducing installation time by 60%! Its compact and durable design blends advanced technology with style, while its minimized size saves installation space compared to other controllers.

Please note: If you wish to connect the charge controller to a non-REGO house battery, an Anderson to Ring terminal cable (sold separately in the Renogy Store) will be required.

Smart Manage the Batteries, Protect the Whole System

The REGO charge controller features a three- to four-stage charging design (Bulk, Boost, Float, EQU) for lead-acid batteries and a two-stage design for lithium batteries, ensuring high charging efficiency while optimizing battery health for a longer lifespan. It offers comprehensive protection on both solar input and battery output terminals. The integrated High Battery Protect Unit (BPU) disconnects non-essential loads from the battery before it is fully discharged or when it lacks sufficient power to start the engine, providing complete system protection.

Built-in Bluetooth Puts Monitoring and Control in Your Hands

The built-in Bluetooth allows you to monitor the REGO charge controller on your smartphone with the Renogy DC Home App. With the app, you can customize multiple battery data such as the boost voltage, float voltage, and duration data.

Integrated Thermal Management, Ensure Stable and Constant Charging

The design of the die-cast aluminum heat sink provides maximum surface area exposed to ambient air, efficiently transferring and dissipating heat produced by the REGO charge controller. This keeps the device at optimal temperatures and provides excellent heat dissipation for stable, continuous charging.

Wide Operating Temperature Range, Accurate Temperature Compensation

The REGO charge controller operates within a wide temperature range from -4°F to 140°F. It includes a built-in temperature sensor that measures battery temperature in real time, using this data for precise temperature compensation (-3mV/°C/2V for non-lithium batteries; no compensation for lithium batteries), ensuring efficient and stable charging.

Tested to the Highest Standard, Eradicate Performance Issues

The REGO charge controller is multi-icertified to UL1741, CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 107.1/CB+IEC 62109/EMC,EN61000-3-1/-3; EN301489-1/17; RF,EN300328; and FCC, 47 CFR 15B. Built to meet and exceed the most rigorous quality and performance standards, maximize your system energy and provide comprehensive protections.

1. The controller has no screen to display data, so is there any way to observe the power generation of components?

The controller has bluetooth embedded so you can download th Renogy DC Home APP to pair the controller to a smart phone to observe solar power generation. In addition, this controller also provides a wired communication method to the Renogy Super Panel by which you can observe the solar power generation.
2. Can I charge my 24V Lithium Bank with this controller?

This controller is only compatible with 12V battery systems that include 12V Sealed Lead Acid, AGM, Flooded or wet cell, Lithium, or Gel batteries.
3. What is the max solar I can connect to this controller?

The maximum solar voltage 100V at the input. The max solar power is up to 800W. It is better to combine similar panels and do not exceed the voltage input limit.
4. Is there anything to be aware of when installing wiring for this controller?

1. Ensure the controller is installed vertically with 150mm of clearance for proper heat dissipation.

2. Connect the controller to the battery first and solar panels second.

5. What is the User battery type and how do I use it?

Catered to advanced DIY players, the User battery type lets users set their own battery charge parameters. When the battery knob selects the USER mode, the controller will enter a custom mode where users can use the Renogy DC Home APP to program their desired voltages.
