1.I have 4 Renogy 100W 12V solar panels. Will these work with this LiFePO4 battery, or is that too much wattage?

Yes, your 4 Renogy 100W 12V solar panels will work with the LiFePO4 battery. However, make sure that your solar charge controller can handle the total wattage output from the panels. Never connect solar panels directly to the battery without using a solar charge controller to protect both the battery and the panels. Contact us if you need help sizing the solar charge controller for your system.
2. Can this battery be used in series to build a 48-volt system?

Yes, Renogy 12V Core Series Batteries can be connected in series to increase the voltage to 24V, 36V, or 48V for an off-grid power system. For maximum power output, you can first wire the batteries in series, then connect the sets of batteries in parallel (using the same model of batteries) to achieve up to 40.96kWh.
3. How many Renogy 12V 300Ah Core Series Batteries can I connect at most?

You can connect up to 4 Renogy 12V 300Ah Core Series Batteries in series, up to 4 batteries in parallel, or up to 16 in a series-parallel connection. Ensure all batteries are the same model and capacity for proper performance.
4. How long will the Renogy Core Series Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery last?

Renogy 12V 300Ah Core Series Batteries can last up to 5000 cycles with an 80% depth of discharge (DOD). These batteries are designed with a 200A Battery Management System (BMS), IP65 protection, and a rugged structure, providing durable and reliable performance for years to come.
5. Can I pair a Bluetooth Module for this battery to monitor the battery status on my phone?

No, this battery is not compatible with a Bluetooth module. However, you can use a 500A Battery Monitor with Shunt (sold separately) to keep track of the battery status and ensure optimal operation.
6. How do I recharge my LiFePO4 batteries?

You can recharge your LiFePO4 batteries using solar power, a DC-DC battery charger, or an AC-DC charger. We recommend using a solar charge controller/charger that is specifically designed to be compatible with lithium iron phosphate batteries for safe and efficient charging.

    300AH HEATED LITHIUM BATTERY

Posted by david schank on Feb 25th 2024

The battery arrived with a 90% SOC and packaging and battery were undamaged. I installed it inside the trailer yesterday and this morning it was happily at 100%. (Side note: The WFFCO autodect recognized it easily). I l also upgraded my inverter to the Renogy 2000w. and I've run the microwave a few times drawing almost 100 amps and it didn't even blink. The battery monitor is a breeze to install and has all sorts of great info displayed on it. I had and Renogy Rover 40 amp mppt charge controller for 5 yrs now along with their panels and suitcase panels and never had an issue with any of them. I opted to replace it with the 40amp rover elite and a monitor screen( the only model which you can get a remote screen for without getting into the Bluetooth stuff). I like that this battery is built with prismatic cells, not pouch cells and is a bargain at less than half the price of Battleborn batteries. I'll keep you posted as time progresses.

12V 300AH Core Series Deep Cycle Lithium Battery

Posted by Tom on Jan 9th 2024

Purchased two of these to upgrade my older 12V 200AH AGM batteries. Made for a good replacement as they were the same size and fit into the cabinet made for the solar power system. Forgot how heavy the old AGM batteries were compared to the new lithium versions - wow. The self heating batteries should be a good fit for my off grid abode in northern Michigan. We rarely see enough sun during the winter to charge the batteries, but I hooked up a 75AMP AC-DC charger and these batteries just soak it up.
